The real manga, Kuro SHItsuji
The doujinshi, Kuro HItsuji

The real manga is translated as Black Butler
The doujinshi is translated as Black Sheep

Get it?
So in Sebastian's catchphrase, instead of 'I am one hell of a Butler' in the doujin he says, 'I am one hell of a sheep'
In this doujin, Sebastian's also took a sheep form. ...Ridiculous, I know it...
